Dakota's 2nd Birthday Party!!

We had a wonderful Birthday party for Dakota on Sunday. Almost all of his family was there to celebrate his special day. It was tractor themed with a huge John Deere cake:) His eyes lit up when he say it. But, enjoy the pictures and video. We thank all of you that were able to make it and missed those who couldn't. Dakota had some fun outside yesterday. After he got his second pair of boots stuck in the mud and thought he was going to play in the yard with his socks on, it was time to go inside:)

Dakota's big night!!

Well, we had a huge night last night. Dakota slept in his big boy bed for the first time ever!! Yeah!! We started out in the crib last night but that turned to playing and when I finally went in to see what he was doing, he announced that he had pooh poohed:) After that he didn't want anything to do with the crib so I tried the "big-boy" bed and he layed right down, I layed in the twin bed next to him until he went to sleep and he didn't wake up until my alarm went off:) He was pretty excited about it and you will be able to tell in the pictures and video:) Enjoy!
